Chinese smartphone maker Redmi recently launched its Redmi Note 12 series of smartphones in China and India. However, another Redmi Note series smartphone with Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 processor could arrive in the coming months.
According to a tip on Weibo, the upcoming Redmi Note series phones will feature an OLED panel with an in-display fingerprint sensor. The same whistleblower said in another Weibo post that the device will be powered by Snapdragon 7 chipset. There may have been allegations of Redmi Note 12 Turbo, Digital Chat Station, and Kacper Skrzypek reported in the past. However, there hasn't been any official confirmation of the launch yet. Here are the expected specifications of the upcoming smartphone, which were leaked recently.

The upcoming Redmi Note 12 Turbo could be equipped with a 6.67-inch FHD+ OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and will feature a triple rear camera consisting of a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor and a 2MP sensor. The Redmi Note 12 Turbo can be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 2 chipset paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage. It will likely pack a 5,500mAh battery with support for fast charging up to 67W.
Meanwhile, the company launched Redmi Note 12, Redmi Note 12 Pro and Redmi Note 12 Pro + 5G in India in the first week of this month.

The Redmi Note 12 5G was launched at Rs 17,999 for the 4GB + 128GB model and Rs 19,999 for the 6GB + 128GB model. The Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G is priced at Rs 24,999 for the 6GB + 128GB model and the 8GB + 128GB model is priced at Rs 26,999, while the 8GB + 256GB variant is offered at Rs 27,999. The Redmi Note 12 Pro + 5G is priced at Rs 29,999 for the 8GB + 256GB model and Rs 32,999 for the 12GB + 256GB model.
