Tecno Phantom X2 specifications
Tecno Phantom X2 comes with a design that sets itself apart from the competition. It boasts a 6.8-inch dual punch-hole display with a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. It's an AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass Victus protection.
As for the cameras, it has a triple camera system at the back with a 64MP primary lens, a 13MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP 3D sensor. On the front, there is a 32 MP lens for taking selfies and making video calls.
The main camera on the back can record 4K video at 60 frames per second. It also has an optical image stabilizer. The front camera can record videos in 1080p.
At the top, it packs a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset along with 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. It has a 5,160mAh cell that supports 45W fast charging and lacks a 3.5mm headphone jack, so there's a USB Type-C port for charging and audio.
Although it will be released in 2023, the phone will be called HiOS 12 on top of Android 12. Although not confirmed, it could at least get the new Android 13, but when? It is not clear. Connectivity options include 5G, Wi-Fi6, Bluetooth 5.3 and NFC.
