The mid-range smartphone segment has changed significantly since mobile gaming became popular. From the Snapdragon 870-powered GT Neo 3T to the recent iQOO Neo 7, there are plenty of options that offer great value and renowned performance. If you are looking for a gaming phone with ultra graphics or one that allows you to play all modern games with high FPS, here are some of the best gaming smartphones under $30,000.

iQOO Neo 7

The successor to the IQOO Neo 6, the iQOO Neo 7 is powered by the recently launched MediaTek Dimensity 8200 chipset, which performs slightly better than the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 Plus and is not far behind like the latter.

The phone has a plastic back and sports a 6.78-inch AMOLED HDR10+ 120Hz display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400. It runs on Android 13-based FuntouchOS 13 and offers 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Everything is powered by a 5000 mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging.

While it offers great value for money when it comes to performance, the iQOO has cut a few corners when it comes to the camera department. The Neo 7 has a 64MP main camera, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro sensor, but it lacks a wide-angle lens. Starting at Rs 29,999, the iQOO Neo 7 is a good option and is likely to be one of the best mid-range gaming phones released this year.

redmi k50i

Released in the second half of 2022, the Redmi K50i (test) is the best gaming phone under €30,000, powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 chipset, which is also used in the OnePlus 10R.

It runs MIUI 13 out of the box and offers 8GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage, which should help speed up game and app load times. At the rear we find a 64 MP main sensor, an 8 MP ultra-wide angle sensor and a 2 MP macro sensor.

While the device can handle any game with ease, the Redmi K50i has a 144Hz LCD screen that is perfect for gaming, but users may find it difficult to use the phone outdoors and in broad daylight. The Redmi K50i starts at Rs 24,698.

The Poco F4 (Review) is one of the best mid-range smartphones to arrive in 2022. Powered by the proven Snapdragon 870 chipset and featuring a 120Hz AMOLED FHD+ display, the phone has a premium look and feel thanks to its glass design layers. .

It comes with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage and dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support. In our review, we found that the phone doesn't get hot like other phones when gaming, drains the battery, and doesn't turn off or slow down.

While the Poco F4 takes good photos during the day, night shots are mediocre at best. Those looking for solid performance and high build quality can blindly pick the Poco F4. It starts at Rs 25,999.

Realme GT Neo 3T

The Realme GT series is all about performance. Powered by a Snapdragon 870 SoC, the Realme GT Neo 3T may not be as powerful as the Redmi K50i, but it packs an E4 AMOLED panel that the latter lacks.

Like other phones in this price segment, the Realme GT Neo 3T has a triple camera setup consisting of a 64MP main camera, an 8MP wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. However, the camera is quite reliable and takes accurate and precise photos.

The phone has 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. Despite the plastic back, the device has no heat issues and offers excellent value for money in terms of performance. Even in 2023, Realme GT Neo 3T is one of the best mid-range gaming phones under Rs 30,000. While the 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage version costs Rs 24,999, the 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage variant can be purchased for Rs 26,499.

no phone (1)

Although the Nothing Phone (1) (test) wasn't originally designed for gaming, it's one of the best-looking phones out there that offers solid performance. Powered by the Snapdragon 778G+ chipset, the same processor as the recently launched Poco X5 Pro, Nothing Phone 1 has a unique back panel consisting of multiple LEDs that light up when a notification or call is received.

Camera performance is also excellent with a dual rear camera setup that includes a 50MP main camera and a 3.5MP ultra-wide lens. 50MP. With 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, the only drawback is that the screen may not be visible in too much sunlight. The 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage version is priced at Rs 27,999 while the 12 GB RAM and 256 GB version is priced at Rs 35,999.

What is the best gaming phone under €30,000?

To be honest, there is no definitive answer to the question. If you're looking for the best performance, go for the iQOO Neo 7, while those looking for a premium version can consider the Poco F4, which does just about everything. Those with money looking for a gaming phone under Rs 25,000 should go for the Redmi K50i if they can live with an LCD screen.

If you're a gamer who often clicks pictures or want a phone that stands out from the competition, go for the Realme GT Neo 3T or Nothing Phone (1).
