The Tecno Phantom V Fold was recently spotted in live images, albeit with a case. Well, now the Tecno Phantom V Fold has surfaced in a hands-on video, giving us a better look at its design.
Tecno Phantom V Fold showcased in a handmade video
This device will be the company's first foldable smartphone. This video confirms that it comes in a white color variant with silver. It will have a large circular camera notch on the back.
It won't be a small phone. It's a book-style foldable device, just like the Galaxy Z Fold 4. It will have two large screens, one of which will be foldable. The display camera hole is located on the main screen and lid.
It will focus on the top of the skin screen and the top right of the fold screen. Stereo speakers will be part of the package, and the power/lock key will apparently double as a fingerprint scanner.
Thanks to this video, you can see what the software looks like. But the video doesn't show much. Although the phone is not vanilla Android, it runs on Android. Those of you who have used Tecno phones will know what that is.
The device will be launched on February 28
According to the latest information, this smartphone is scheduled to go on sale on February 28. We'll have more information later this month. It will be interesting to see how much the phone costs.
Tecno needs to touch the price tag of this device. While Samsung is still the undisputed king outside of China, competition is growing in the foldable space.
We don't know what specs to expect in this phone. Assuming that the technology chooses a robust set of specifications to control price, but this may not be unlimited.
