Tecno, Transsion's mid-range and high-end mobile phone brand, announced yesterday that the Tecno POP 7 Pro will be launched in India on February 16, 2023. It is unclear whether the Indian and Nigerian versions of the phone are similar. However, the industry believes that this phone will have a 6.56-inch screen. This phone also features a MediaTek Helio A22 chip and a 5000 mAh battery.
As previously reported, the Tecno POP 7 Pro will sport a 6.56-inch display with HD+ resolution and drop notch. This display has a refresh rate of 60 Hz. In terms of cameras, this gadget will have a 5-megapixel sensor on the front and a 13-megapixel sensor on the back. The Tecno POP 7 Pro will run HiOS 12 on top of Android 12.
This device also comes with 3GB/4GB of RAM along with a MediaTek Helio A22 octa-core SoC. This gadget supports up to 64 GB of storage space. The 5000mAh battery only supports 10W charging. These are entry-level specs at best and the device should be quite affordable.
Transsion Tecno Pop 7 Pro mobile phone was launched in Nigeria and Uganda
Transsion Tecno has launched the new Pop 7 Pro mobile phone in two African markets. The phone is already available in Nigeria and Uganda. The Spark Go 2023 looks a lot like this device, maybe it's a rebrand. Pop 7 Pro mobile phone is equipped with MediaTek Helio A22 processor. It also features a 6.6-inch LCD display with a 720p resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio. This gadget also has the HiOS 12 operating system based on Android 12. It has a 13-megapixel main camera and an additional camera on the back. This device is also equipped with a 5-megapixel front selfie camera and a USB Type-C port.
The 5000mAh battery of this Transsion phone offers 10W charging power. The RAM configuration includes 3GB/4GB RAM and 64GB onboard storage. As for the price, the Nigerian version of this device costs 64,000 Nigerian Naira (about US$139).
