The company has announced that the OPPO Find X6 series will receive 4 major Android updates and security updates over 5 years.

OPPO seems to be in line with what OnePlus has brought to the table with the OnePlus 11. This is certainly nice to see as it means a longer lifespan for the device. This is a flagship phone after all, which is another reason such support should be provided.
In this way, OnePlus and OPPO are basically catching up with Samsung and Google when it comes to updates. Now note that the Find X6 series was only released in China, so this applies to the Chinese market.
There is still a possibility that OPPO will decide to bring the device to the global market. In this case, the same support is provided for global users. OPPO had no plans to do this as we spoke with them a while ago, so...we'll have to wait and see.
Whether we will release this device outside of China remains to be seen.
OPPO could count on the OnePlus 11 as a phone to take the brand outside of China, even though they are technically a different company. Both OPPO and OnePlus are owned by BBK Electronics and have very similar software offerings under different names. The OxygenOS and ColorOS software teams joined forces a long time ago.
Even so, the OPPO Find X6 and Find X6 Pro are attractive devices, but the "Pro" model stands out. This backpack has three powerful cameras, driven by a 1-inch main camera sensor. Hasselblad experience is also part of the package.
The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC which also packs 16GB of RAM. 100W charging is supported and a charger is included. The phone supports 50W wireless charging and 10W reverse wireless charging.
