The much-awaited Xiaomi Redmi K70 series of three models - Redmi K70e, Redmi K70 and Redmi K70 Pro is on the horizon creating excitement among tech enthusiasts. Although Xiaomi has not officially announced the exact launch date, a recent report has some valuable information about the launch schedule of this much-anticipated series.
Redmi K70 series launch schedule
According to a recent report by Xiaomiui, the highly anticipated Redmi K70 series is expected to launch in China in the first week of December 2023. The report says that this launch date is indicated by the Android-based MIUI 15 software options. 14.
The Redmi K70 series consists of three models: Redmi K70E (model number 23113RKC6C), Redmi K70 (model number 2311DRK48C) and Redmi K70 Pro (model number 23117RK66C). These devices will run MIUI 15 based on Android 14.
The company is actively involved in testing MIUI 15 on Android 14 based Chinese ROM. After the successful completion of this testing phase, Xiaomi will officially introduce the Redmi K70 series to the Chinese public. As of now, we don't know when the series will premiere in India. But as far as the Indian market is concerned, it is expected to be sold under the POCO brand.
It should be noted that previous reports indicated that the series could be released in China in October, which would make a December launch a significant event. Meanwhile, the upcoming Redmi K70 Pro has made a great appearance on the Geekbench website, giving us a glimpse of its powerful specifications.
The listing suggests that the phone will be powered by a high-performance Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, coupled with 16GB of RAM. It should be noted that this device is expected to offer more RAM configuration options to meet different user preferences and requirements.
